Most of what goes wrong with an ostomy is a fitting problem, not a product problem — and fitting problems are solved by someone looking at the actual situation, not by buying another box.
Most people leave hospital with whatever system was on them at discharge, and never revisit it. That system was chosen for a stoma that has since changed shape, on skin that has since settled, for a life that has since gone back to work, exercise and travel. Reviewing it is often the single most useful thing an ostomy patient can do in the first year.
We help with the practical parts: identifying what you are currently using from a photo, working out which flange size you actually need, deciding whether a leak calls for a barrier ring, a convex barrier or simply a smaller cut, and sorting out a repeat supply so you are not down to your last two pouches on a public holiday.
Send us a photo of your product box, of the skin around your stoma, or of the barrier after you have taken it off. That last one is the most informative of the three — where the wafer has eroded shows exactly where the seal is failing, and it usually points to one specific change rather than a general overhaul.
We supply and support both brands, and the accessories that go with either.

View product →We are a supplier with practical experience of these products, and that is the right description. We can help you choose between systems, size a flange, work out why a barrier is failing early and keep you stocked. What we do not do is replace your stoma care nurse, your surgeon or your doctor.
Anything clinical belongs with them: a change in the appearance of the stoma, bleeding beyond a spot from routine cleaning, skin that is broken and not recovering, a hernia around the stoma, a sharp rise or fall in output, or signs of dehydration. If you are unsure whether something is a product question or a medical one, ask us and we will tell you honestly.

Yes. Send us a photo of your product box or of the barrier itself on WhatsApp and we will identify the brand, the flange size and the pouch type.
We can help you narrow it down. A photo of the barrier after removal shows where the seal is failing, which usually points to a specific fix. Anything involving damaged skin or a change in the stoma should also be seen by your stoma care nurse or doctor.
