Hollister's Conform 2 is a two-piece system: a skin barrier that stays on the body for several days, and pouches that click on and off a mechanical flange as often as you need. That separation is the reason it suits people whose skin is easily irritated — the adhesive is removed from the skin far less often than the pouch is changed.

Barriers come in a flat FlexWear profile in 45, 55 and 70 mm, and a convex profile in 55 mm for stomas that sit flush with the skin or below it. Pouches match those flange sizes and come as closed pouches in Midi and Maxi, drainable pouches in beige and transparent, and urostomy pouches with a tap and anti-reflux design.

The Adapt accessory family sits alongside all of it: barrier rings, paste, powder, protective wipes, adhesive removers, lubricating deodorant and the ostomy belt. Because accessories sit on the skin or inside the pouch rather than on the flange, they work with HDL-Hendry systems too.

The number on a Conform 2 product is the flange — the coupling ring the pouch clicks onto — not the size of your stoma. Barrier and pouch have to carry the same number, and Hollister's 45 / 55 / 70 mm do not fit HDL-Hendry's 50 / 60 / 70 mm.

The stoma opening is separate: you cut it yourself, about 2 mm larger than the stoma. In the first months after surgery the stoma shrinks, so it is worth re-measuring rather than cutting to the same template out of habit.
