Lift an edge of the barrier and wipe between the wafer and the skin as you peel, working along the line you are lifting rather than pulling. After the pouch is off, use the same wipe on any adhesive left behind.
Wash the area with water and dry it before the new barrier is applied. If you are travelling, one remover wipe plus one skin protective wipe per change makes a complete kit that fits in a pocket.
